Little Rock Fit "The Compound"

The compound is where all of the workout/health programs LRF uses are designed and tested before putting them to use on the clients of LRF. This is where research takes place on methods in: fat loss, nutrition, weight training, boot-camps, human physiology, rehab exercises, etc. No health program is ever practiced without being thoroughly tested by Head Trainer Jeff Jucha, to insure that it will be the most productive, safe, and effective program possible.
